What AI says about Wholeness


There is a lot of buzz about artificial intelligence and how it is going to change the world and how we interact within it. Some are excited, some are worried, but all of us have probably encountered this new technology.


So, we thought we would give it a try and this is what it said when we asked it about wellness vs wholeness. See what you think.


Wellness and wholeness are related concepts that both relate to a state of overall health and well-being, but they have different connotations and implications. Wellness typically refers to a state of physical, mental, and emotional health that is achieved through a balance of different factors, such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and preventive care. It emphasizes the importance of taking a proactive approach to health and well-being, and may involve setting goals, developing healthy habits, and seeking out professional care when needed.



Wholeness, on the other hand, refers to a state of completeness or integration, in which all parts of the self are connected and functioning together harmoniously. It emphasizes the importance of finding balance and coherence within oneself, and may involve exploring different aspects of the self, such as emotions, beliefs, and values, to create a cohesive and authentic sense of identity.


While wellness and wholeness may overlap in some ways, wholeness is more focused on the inner experience of the self, while wellness is more focused on external factors and behaviors that contribute to health and well-being. Additionally, wholeness may have a more spiritual or philosophical connotation, while wellness is often viewed as a more practical and measurable concept.


When we asked it our signature podcast question, "what does wholeness mean?" We were thrilled that the concept we are hoping to share is understood.


Wholeness refers to a state of completeness, harmony, and balance in a person's life. It is a sense of being fully integrated and connected with oneself, others, and the world around them.


Wholeness is often associated with feelings of inner peace, contentment, and fulfillment. It involves embracing all aspects of oneself, including both the positive and negative qualities, and accepting them without judgment.


In addition to the personal sense of wholeness, it can also refer to a sense of connection with the larger world and the universe. It involves feeling interconnected and interdependent with all living beings and the environment.


Achieving wholeness can involve different practices such as mindfulness, self-reflection, meditation, therapy, and other holistic approaches that address physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person's life.
